Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Leftover meatloaf, crumbled
  • 2 cups Mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1 cup Gravy

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled meatloaf, mixed vegetables, and gravy.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  • Top with mashed potatoes, spreading them out evenly.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
