shredded cheddar cheese

sour cream

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Add the sliced kielbasa, chopped onions, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture. Stir well.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Top with an even layer of frozen tater tots.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add other veggies like bell peppers or peas for extra flavor and nutrition.
