Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage sliced
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • Add the sliced kielbasa, chopped onions, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture. Stir well.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Top with an even layer of frozen tater tots.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  • Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other veggies like bell peppers or peas for extra flavor and nutrition.
