Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb kielbasa sliced
  • 1 package pierogies frozen
  • 2 cups sauerkraut drained
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 medium onion chopped

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until softened.
  • Add sliced kielbasa to the skillet and cook until browned.
  • In a baking dish, layer the pierogies, sauerkraut, kielbasa, and onions.
  • Spread sour cream over the top and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
