Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until softened.
Add sliced kielbasa to the skillet and cook until browned.
In a baking dish, layer the pierogies, sauerkraut, kielbasa, and onions.
Spread sour cream over the top and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
