Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, diced onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • 3. Spread the turkey mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  • 4. Pour heavy cream over the turkey mixture.
  • 5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • 7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

This casserole is perfect for a keto diet and can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
