Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, diced onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. Spread the turkey mixture evenly in a baking dish.
4. Pour heavy cream over the turkey mixture.
5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
