Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 10 oz Fresh Spinach washed and chopped
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Great for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
