Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Hummus
  • 1 cup Chickpeas cooked
  • 1 cup Spinach chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine hummus, chickpeas, spinach, and cherry tomatoes.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Drizzle olive oil on top and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add more veggies or spices to suit your taste.
