Ingredients:

  • 6 hot dog buns cut into pieces
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a baking dish.
  • Place the hot dog bun pieces in the baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the hot dog buns, making sure all pieces are soaked.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
