Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish.
Place the hot dog bun pieces in the baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
Pour the egg mixture over the hot dog buns, making sure all pieces are soaked.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
