Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, uncooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish and cover with foil.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
  • Remove foil, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the mix for extra flavor and nutrition.
