Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Halibut fillets
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place halibut fillets in a baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, milk, butter, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the mixture over the halibut fillets.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Serve hot with a side of vegetables or salad.
