Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 medium zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
  • Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the turkey. Stir well.
  • In a baking dish, layer the sliced zucchini and cooked turkey mixture.
  • Pour the tomato sauce over the layers and top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.

Notes:

Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
