Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 cup Orzo
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well.
  • Stir in orzo, chicken broth, and diced tomatoes. Bring to a simmer.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole is perfect for a cozy family dinner. You can add more veggies like spinach or bell peppers if you like.
