Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well.
Stir in orzo, chicken broth, and diced tomatoes. Bring to a simmer.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
