Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed vegetables, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and top with the vegetable mixture.
Pour the milk over the fish and vegetables, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the cheese is golden brown.
Serve hot and enjoy!
