Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 fillets Fish such as cod or tilapia
  • 2 cups Mixed vegetables chopped
  • 1 cup Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed vegetables, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and top with the vegetable mixture.
  • Pour the milk over the fish and vegetables, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the cheese is golden brown.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Feel free to use any vegetables you like or have on hand.
