Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 can Refried Beans
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 6 large Tortillas

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning and water according to packet instructions. Simmer until thickened.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine refried beans, sour cream, and salsa.
  • In a baking dish, layer tortillas, beef mixture, bean mixture, and cheese. Repeat layers.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite toppings like guacamole, jalapeños, or chopped cilantro.
