Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water according to packet instructions. Simmer until thickened.
In a mixing bowl, combine refried beans, sour cream, and salsa.
In a baking dish, layer tortillas, beef mixture, bean mixture, and cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
