Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish and place the bread cubes and cranberries in it.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread and cranberries, making sure everything is well-coated.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
