Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 cup Chopped Bell Pepper
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until softened.
  • Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and soy sauce. Mix well.
  • In a large casserole dish, combine the cooked rice and beef mixture. Mix well.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
