Ingredients:

  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine buttermilk, shredded cheddar cheese, diced chicken, cream of mushroom soup, and frozen mixed vegetables.
  • Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite herbs for extra flavor.
