shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain excess fat.
Add diced tomatoes and corn to the skillet. Stir to combine and heat through.
Transfer beef mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Place biscuits on top of the cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
