Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can corn (15 oz, drained)
  • 1 can biscuits (16.3 oz)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain excess fat.
  • Add diced tomatoes and corn to the skillet. Stir to combine and heat through.
  • Transfer beef mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Place biscuits on top of the cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite veggies to the mix.
