Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 lb bacon chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles, bacon, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole is great for leftovers and can be reheated easily.
