Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles, bacon, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
