Ingredients:

  • 2 large Avocados peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados until smooth.
  • Add the shredded cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the mashed avocados. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Sprinkle the bread crumbs on top of the avocado mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This avocado casserole is a great way to use ripe avocados. You can add cooked chicken or bacon for extra protein.
