Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados until smooth.
Add the shredded cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the mashed avocados. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle the bread crumbs on top of the avocado mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

This avocado casserole is a great way to use ripe avocados. You can add cooked chicken or bacon for extra protein.
