Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a frying pan, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
In a baking dish, layer the asparagus, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Pour over the asparagus mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Notes:
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the cream mixture.
