Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Boil asparagus and peas until tender. Drain and set aside.
In a pot, melt butter and stir in flour to make a roux. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
Add cheese to the sauce and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine asparagus, peas, boiled eggs, and cheese sauce. Pour into a baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.

Great for a springtime meal!
