Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Asparagus trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 sleeve Ritz Crackers crushed
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup and milk.
  • Add the asparagus and shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl and mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter.
  • Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole is a great way to enjoy asparagus. Perfect for family dinners or potlucks.
