Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, beaten eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Grease a baking dish and spread the frozen tater tots evenly in the dish.
Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
