Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 bag Frozen tater tots
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, beaten eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Grease a baking dish and spread the frozen tater tots evenly in the dish.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add veggies like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
