Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and salsa to the beef. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, beef mixture, and 1 cup of shredded cheese.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes:
Serve with a side of sour cream and guacamole for extra flavor.
