Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 8 oz Pasta uncooked
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the taco seasoning, salsa, water, and uncooked pasta to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the pasta is tender.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

You can add your favorite taco toppings like sour cream, green onions, or jalapeños.
