Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Steak cut into cubes
  • 4 medium Potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook steak cubes over medium heat until browned.
  • Layer potatoes in a baking dish, add steak on top.
  • Pour heavy cream over the steak and potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Notes:

Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before serving.
