Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook steak cubes over medium heat until browned.
Layer potatoes in a baking dish, add steak on top.
Pour heavy cream over the steak and potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Notes:
Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before serving.
