Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large pot, boil squash and onion in water until tender. Drain well.
In a mixing bowl, combine squash, onion, mayonnaise, cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper.
Pour mixture into a baking dish. Top with crushed crackers.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
