Cooked white rice

Spam, diced
1/4
cup
Soy sauce
1/4
cup
Sugar

sheets
Nori (seaweed), cut into strips
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
Add diced Spam to the bowl and mix well to coat.
In a baking dish, spread half of the cooked rice evenly.
Layer the Spam mixture over the rice.
Spread the remaining rice on top of the Spam mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and let it cool slightly before cutting into squares.
Garnish with nori strips before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add some furikake seasoning for extra flavor.
