Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked white rice
  • 1 can Spam, diced
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 sheets Nori (seaweed), cut into strips

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Add diced Spam to the bowl and mix well to coat.
  • In a baking dish, spread half of the cooked rice evenly.
  • Layer the Spam mixture over the rice.
  • Spread the remaining rice on top of the Spam mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let it cool slightly before cutting into squares.
  • Garnish with nori strips before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some furikake seasoning for extra flavor.
