Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Chopped bell peppers
  • 1 cup Chopped onions
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, cooked rice, shredded cheese, bell peppers, and onions.
  • Add salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

You can add more vegetables or spices to suit your taste.
