Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.5 cup marinara sauce
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sausages and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add bell peppers, onions, and garlic. Cook until softened.
  • Slice the sausages and add them back to the skillet. Stir in oregano, salt, pepper, and marinara sauce.
  • Transfer everything to a baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
