dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

marinara sauce

shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sausages and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add bell peppers, onions, and garlic. Cook until softened.
Slice the sausages and add them back to the skillet. Stir in oregano, salt, pepper, and marinara sauce.
Transfer everything to a baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
