Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, shredded cheddar cheese, and frozen peas.
  • Stir in the cooked noodles and flaked salmon.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with crushed potato chips.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.

Notes:

Feel free to substitute tuna for salmon if preferred.
