Ingredients:

  • 4 cups grated potatoes
  • 1 cup grated onion
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil for frying

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine grated potatoes, grated onion, eggs, flour, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potato mixture in batches, cooking until golden brown on both sides.
  • Transfer the fried potato pancakes to a baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
