Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine beaten eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Place biscuit quarters in the baking dish.
Pour egg mixture over the biscuits.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until eggs are set and biscuits are golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
