Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands Biscuits cut into quarters
  • 6 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine beaten eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Place biscuit quarters in the baking dish.
  • Pour egg mixture over the biscuits.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until eggs are set and biscuits are golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add cooked bacon or sausage for extra flavor.
