Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Shredded Chicken
  • 1 cup Chopped Vegetables e.g., bell peppers, carrots
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, cooked rice, shredded chicken, chopped vegetables, and chicken broth. Mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until heated through and slightly golden on top.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add more vegetables or spices to suit your taste.
