Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 cups Peaches sliced

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  • Place the bread cubes in a greased baking dish and pour the egg mixture over the bread. Gently press the bread down to ensure it absorbs the liquid.
  • Arrange the peach slices on top of the bread mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
