bell pepper, chopped

zucchini, chopped

mushrooms, sliced

diced tomatoes

dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

olive oil
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add ground beef, cook until browned.
Add onion, garlic, bell pepper, zucchini, and mushrooms. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Stir in diced tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Transfer mixture to a casserole dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
