Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add ground beef, cook until browned.
  • Add onion, garlic, bell pepper, zucchini, and mushrooms. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in diced tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Transfer mixture to a casserole dish.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
