Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, mushrooms, cheese, milk, butter, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
