mirlitons (chayotes), peeled and diced

crabmeat

bell pepper, chopped

breadcrumbs

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Boil mirlitons until tender, then drain and mash.
In a skillet, sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until soft.
Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink.
Combine mashed mirlitons, sautéed vegetables, shrimp, crabmeat, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish, top with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
