Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning and salsa to the beef. Stir to combine and cook for another 5 minutes.
In a baking dish, layer half of the tortilla chips, followed by half of the beef mixture, black beans, corn, and cheese. Repeat the layers.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot, topped with sour cream if desired.
Notes:
Feel free to add other toppings like jalapeños, green onions, or avocado.
