Ingredients:

  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips crushed

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, and salsa.
  • Layer the mixture in a baking dish and top with crushed tortilla chips.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

Notes:

Serve with a side of sour cream and guacamole for extra flavor.
