Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce 15 oz
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups shredded cheese Mexican blend
  • 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn frozen or canned
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 package pasta cooked and drained

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, salsa, black beans, corn, cumin, and chili powder.
  • Add cooked pasta to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add jalapeños for extra heat or garnish with fresh cilantro.
