Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Lamb Chops
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Onions, chopped
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper.
  • In a casserole dish, layer the potatoes, carrots, and onions.
  • Place the lamb chops on top of the vegetables.
  • Pour the beef broth over the lamb and vegetables.
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 60 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the lamb chops.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or bell peppers for more variety.
