Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables chopped
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 cup Grated Cheese

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, mixed vegetables, tomato sauce, garam masala, salt, and turmeric.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
