Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 4 cups sliced potatoes
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes, diced ham, and sliced onions.
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the milk. Pour this mixture over the layered ingredients.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

You can add other vegetables like bell peppers or peas for extra flavor and nutrition.
