Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Ham, diced
  • 1 head Cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp All-purpose Flour
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • 2. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • 3. Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • 4. In a baking dish, layer cabbage, ham, and cheese. Pour sauce over the top.
  • 5. Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or peas.
