Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked ham, diced
  • 3 cups cooked beans (any variety)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the ham, beans, and shredded cheese.
  • In a saucepan, heat the milk and butter until the butter is melted. Stir in the salt and pepper.
  • Pour the milk mixture over the ham and beans, and stir to combine.
  • Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole is perfect for using up leftover ham and beans.
