Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large casserole dish, layer the diced potatoes, chopped onions, and bell peppers.
Place the German sausages on top of the vegetables.
Spread the sauerkraut evenly over the sausages.
Pour the chicken broth over the entire dish and sprinkle with caraway seeds, salt, and pepper.
Cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the sausages are cooked through.
Let the casserole rest for a few minutes before serving.
