Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish and spread half of the bread cubes in the dish.
Top with cream cheese cubes and then add the remaining bread cubes.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread and cream cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
