Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
  • 8 oz Cream cheese cubed
  • 8 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a baking dish and spread half of the bread cubes in the dish.
  • Top with cream cheese cubes and then add the remaining bread cubes.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  • Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread and cream cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
