Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Egg Beaters
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup Diced vegetables Bell peppers, onions, etc.
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the egg beaters, shredded cheese, diced vegetables, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the casserole is set and lightly browned on top.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add cooked bacon or sausage for extra flavor.
