Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the squash, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter.
Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the top of the squash mixture.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
